The Nordic HealthTech Talents program is truly international, involving startups from the five Nordic countries in collaboration, workshops and events in all these countries.
The 20 lucky participants who are accepted into the program will go through a two-track development journey. The first track is a personal leadership training in the skills of planning, prioritization and the principles real leadership. This includes high ethical standards, low hierarchy, contribution to the local community and adding value to the ecosystem. The second track is business development. In this track, participants will learn how to develop viable business ideas and grow their company. Each company will receive a 50.000 DKK grant and fully-funded international travels.
The program is aimed at university students or recent graduates who have innovative HealthTech ideas that they want to turn into world class companies.
